We offer three types of service cover, we have put these together to cover all aspects of our customer’s needs. If your requirements are not met below, please contact us and we will be happy to tailor a service to your requirements.
These service covers are subject to an initial call-out to inspect your system, and will be offered if your system is fully functioning with no faults.
All new alarms installed by ourselves will come with Gold Level Service Cover as standard for the first year starting from the date of install.

We offer a tailored CCTV service cover starting from £80 + VAT for a typical 4-camera system. The service cover is subject to an initial call-out to inspect your system and will be offered if your system is fully functioning and free of faults.
All new CCTV systems are covered as standard for the first year, starting from the date of installation. The cover includes lens cleaning, adjustments, a full functionality check and a review of the software settings of the recording system at the end of the 12-month term.
It also includes fault call-outs and assistance with liaising with the police, should you need to hand over any footage. Additionally, we provide remote support for any setting changes or advice you may require.
